Provides technical product support and sales assistance to bicycle riders through phone and email. Responsibilities include answering product questions, managing direct-to-consumer orders, meeting channel KPIs, identifying information gaps, and providing feedback on products and website content. The role requires strong bicycle mechanical knowledge, customer service, communication, writing, problem-solving, and independent work skills.

Leads end-to-end graphic design for integrated campaigns, product marketing, brand initiatives, packaging, events, digital, print, and sales materials. Develops visual systems, maintains brand standards and templates, prepares production-ready files, and manages multiple projects, budgets, timelines, and vendors. Collaborates with creative and cross-functional teams, supports events, presents concepts to stakeholders, mentors designers, and connects design work to business outcomes.

Leads bike computer hardware products from concept through commercialization, including product strategy, requirements, positioning, go-to-market planning, profitability, demand forecasting, customer engagement, technical presentations, sales enablement, training, and lifecycle management. Partners with Engineering, Industrial Design, Sales, Marketing, and external customers to develop products, launch materials, and business strategies. Requires domestic and international travel up to 40% and customer-facing bike demonstrations.
