Provides end-user support, basic systems administration, account and device management, patching, deployments, monitoring, documentation, technical training, and infrastructure automation. Works under senior IT guidance while supporting global manufacturing and corporate environments. The role develops skills in enterprise IT operations, cloud platforms, ITSM, scripting, endpoint management, and continuous process improvement.

Serve as SRAM's North America subject matter expert for U.S. import compliance. Manage HTS/ECCN classification, duty analysis, customs audits, SAP data maintenance, broker/vendor performance, and cross-functional trade compliance projects. Communicate regulatory changes, ensure documentation retention, and support distribution and strategic initiatives.
