Supports medication management, diagnostic services, resident transitions, and daily staffing needs while following physician orders, state regulations, and facility policies.

Welcomes visitors, monitors entry security, assists residents, answers and routes telephone calls, takes messages, supports general office needs, maintains office supplies, and updates emergency contact information. The role requires a professional, friendly demeanor and a high school diploma or GED, with limited related experience accepted.
