Serve as IT Business Analyst for commercial finance and revenue management: gather and translate complex requirements, perform SQL data analysis, support SDLC (waterfall/agile), author user stories and documentation, coordinate testing (SIT/UAT), manage change via ServiceNow and Kneat SLC, and liaise between business and technical teams to deliver system solutions and process improvements.

Serve as the Model N techno-functional SME, translating business needs into configuration and integrations, leading design workshops, supporting UAT and data migration, troubleshooting, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring delivery quality for pharmaceutical revenue management (pricing, government pricing, rebates, chargebacks).

Serve as a techno-functional SME for Model N revenue management, bridging business and technical teams to design, configure, integrate, test, and support Model N solutions for life sciences clients. Lead workshops, translate requirements, guide integrations and data migrations, troubleshoot complex issues, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliant, on-time delivery in Flex/managed services engagements.
