Oversee middle-office operations across investment management client portfolios, including trade, position, and cash reconciliations; trade-break resolution; corporate actions; NAV review; operational reporting; portfolio accounting accuracy; client and counterparty communications; onboarding; workflow design; and supervision of associates.

Leads the accounting function, overseeing a three-person team, financial reporting, multi-entity accounting, month-end and year-end close, internal controls, audits, and process improvement. The Controller develops scalable accounting infrastructure, strengthens procedures, leverages technology and automation, and partners with finance leadership to support business growth. The role requires hands-on technical accounting expertise, team leadership, GAAP knowledge, and strong experience with accounting systems and financial reporting.

Leads client advisory engagements for hedge fund, private equity, and investment vehicle launches. Advises sponsors on operational infrastructure, service providers, controls, processes, and organizational readiness while coordinating internal teams and external providers. Manages project plans, timelines, risks, onboarding, transitions, due diligence readiness, process improvements, wind-downs, and liquidations. Builds trusted relationships with senior investment management stakeholders and improves scalable fund launch and advisory processes.
