Designs, delivers, and manages learning programs for national accounts; partners with business leaders to assess needs, develop training content, and measure learning outcomes. Ensures compliance with company policies and supports employee development initiatives to improve performance and customer service.

Manages client relationships and assigned caseloads for life and disability insurance products. Provides customer advocacy, explains contracts and complex information in plain language, negotiates solutions, supports account servicing, and makes independent decisions. Requires collaboration, organization, Excel and math proficiency, and knowledge of insurance regulations and underwriting. A resident-state life and disability insurance license must be obtained within six months and maintained. Travel may be required based on territory and caseload.

Manages small-group employee benefits clients, producers, renewals, onboarding, service delivery, contract questions, broker training, and case transfers. Builds relationships, supports retention and profitable growth, identifies expansion opportunities, coordinates administrative activities, and assists peers. Requires customer-facing insurance or account management experience, strong knowledge of insurance contracts and regulations, clear communication skills, and a resident-state life and disability insurance license within six months of hire.
