Designs and leads recruitment strategy and talent acquisition programs, improving sourcing, hiring processes, candidate experience, and workforce outcomes. Builds recruitment analytics frameworks, dashboards, and monthly reporting around time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, and offer acceptance. Partners with Talent Acquisition, HR leaders, hiring managers, candidates, and community organizations while developing social media branding and optimizing sourcing-channel ROI.

Manage, investigate, and resolve professional and general liability claims for Stanford Medicine. Oversee litigation strategy, retain and monitor outside counsel, evaluate exposure, negotiate settlements, handle discovery and trial support, and manage claims reporting, reserves, and databases. Investigate medical, cyber/privacy, construction, and property claims and provide recommendations to leadership and reinsurance partners.

Owns the vision, roadmap, backlog, delivery, testing, adoption, and continuous improvement of enterprise HR technology products. Partners with HR, IT, business stakeholders, agile teams, and vendors to translate needs into scalable capabilities, prioritize requirements, lead implementations, ensure privacy and regulatory compliance, and improve employee experience. Supports change management, training, stakeholder communication, and strategic HR technology initiatives.
