Lead and coordinate technical design for large power generation projects. Manage day-to-day design team activities, ensure cross-discipline coordination, implement quality control, monitor discipline progress, and support the Project Manager with technical communications and client change management.

The Principal Electrical Engineer will design power generation systems, conduct site visits, manage budgets, and ensure technical project delivery while collaborating with clients and vendors.

Lead business development and delivery of U.S. power generation projects (combustion turbine, combined cycle, reciprocating engines). Drive EPC and FEED engagements, grow client relationships, manage capture and proposals, mentor energy team, track pipeline, and participate in strategy and contract negotiations. Travel as required.
