Leads architectural design for complex projects, developing concepts, criteria, working drawings, and complete construction documents. Coordinates multidisciplinary teams, manages project information, monitors technical accuracy, schedules, and budgets, supports proposals, and may supervise architects and project members. Requires independent judgment, strong communication, construction knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Designs and analyzes instrumentation and control systems for water/wastewater, power, industrial, microgrid, and CHP facilities. Responsibilities include working with DCS and PLCs, P&IDs, I/O lists, instrument data sheets, cable schedules, logic diagrams, specifications, cost estimates, and construction support. Coordinates with clients, designers, technicians, and multidisciplinary teams during design, installation, and commissioning while maintaining project documentation and quality standards.

Lead and scale an enterprise program management practice: develop strategy, tools, governance, and staffing; drive business development; provide executive oversight of major capital programs; improve delivery performance and mentor program teams across markets.
