Two-year rotational program with four six-month rotations across testing & validation, electrical design, mechanical engineering, and application engineering. Perform hands-on electrical testing, support schematic/component selection, assist mechanical integration, handle customer technical inquiries, analyze data, and contribute to product/process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Work on a workover rig transferring rod, tubing, and casing sections, operate rod hoist and triplex pumps, perform rig maintenance, assist rig operator and crew, participate in safety meetings and inspections, drive company vehicles, and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 75 lbs and working at heights.

Support HR initiatives across talent development, HR operations, compensation, benefits, recruiting coordination, HR analytics, and employee engagement. Conduct research, generate HR reports, develop resource materials, assist program implementation, and contribute to special projects under the supervision of HR leadership.
