Lead high-volume full lifecycle recruiting for a dispersed sales organization: source active and passive candidates, manage interviews through offer and onboarding, partner with hiring managers, maintain ATS records (Taleo), build diversity-focused pipelines, and develop employer branding and outreach strategies.

Lead internal communications for the Bakery plant to drive employee engagement during change initiatives. Create and coordinate newsletters, videos, monitors, meetings, and intranet content; partner with managers and corporate communications; build a cross‑functional communications team; measure impact with metrics; manage budgets and external vendors.

Analyze and document business strategies, brand activities, consumer contacts and social media. Collaborate with SMEs and tech partners to establish technical vision, produce reports and insights to support product, promotion and consumer-service decisions across the organization.

Manage and publish web content across homepage, landing pages, articles, promotions, and recipe collections. Coordinate content assets, tag monetized updates, execute regular homepage and seasonal refreshes, package assets for front-end developers, and ensure mobile-friendly presentation while following content specs and calendars.

Lead and execute all internal communications for the bakery plant: produce newsletters, videos, meetings and intranet content; partner with managers to craft messages; drive change-management and employee engagement initiatives; build and lead a communications team; manage vendors, budgets, projects and metrics to measure impact.

Manage and process outside counsel and legal expenses in the matter management database (Law Manager). Verify accuracy and compliance with Outside Counsel Guidelines, coordinate with Law Department staff, Accounts Payable, and outside law firms. Requires accounting and legal billing experience and advanced Excel skills.

Manage and validate master product data for new Finished Goods commercialization. Gather and reconcile large volumes of product information across R&D, Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing, Sales Planning and Finance. Ensure accuracy, compliance, timely processing, and troubleshoot data issues using SAP and Microsoft Office tools.

Lead internal communications for the Bakery to drive employee engagement and support change initiatives. Create and manage communications team, develop clear messages across channels, implement metrics, manage budgets and vendors, write speeches and intranet/ collateral content, and translate business objectives into accessible language.

Supervise day-to-day manufacturing operations for an assigned department, managing productivity, quality, cost, safety and customer service. Lead, coach and develop an hourly workforce and supervisors, drive continuous improvement initiatives, enforce processes and standards, and support shift coverage including weekends and overtime.

Provide Sales business process support by diagnosing and resolving Sales & Trade management system issues, documenting cases, collaborating with Field/Headquarter Sales, Customer Service, and IS Application Support, and applying sales policy knowledge to support client needs.

Provide administrative support to People & Organization (P&O) including onboarding logistics, training and recruitment support, file maintenance, event and room booking, and assistance to senior leaders with travel, expense reports, and meeting coordination. Participate in continuous improvement and deliver small projects to increase department efficiency.

Serve as subject matter expert and liaison between business and technical teams. Elicit and document functional/technical requirements, define implementation and project plans, coordinate testing and issue resolution, manage vendors and stakeholders, support configurations and system architecture, deliver training, and contribute to product roadmaps and business cases.

Track and process outside counsel and legal expenses in the Law Manager database. Verify billing accuracy and compliance with Outside Counsel Guidelines. Liaise with law department staff, accounts payable, and outside counsel. Maintain records, perform accounting tasks, and use advanced Excel to analyze billing data. Operate independently with strong organizational and technical skills.

Manage inventory, capacity and production planning using lean principles. Develop short- and long-term supply plans and master schedules, optimize product flow, set inventory strategies, identify cost-saving opportunities, coordinate remediation and commercialization activities, and support continuous improvement to meet KPIs.
