Owns portfolio scheduling standards, schedule quality, baselines, change and delay analysis, reporting, risk identification, scenario modeling, and stakeholder presentations. Mentors schedulers and builds a scheduling team as the portfolio expands. The role requires expert CPM scheduling knowledge, strong communication, and independent work in a fully remote environment.
