Provide design, installation, configuration, management and administration of enterprise data center Windows servers. Support server consolidation and physical-to-virtual migrations, resolve complex technical issues, lead projects, and participate in on-call rotation.

Develop and maintain webMethods integration processes and services. Build RosettaNet process models, implement WS-Security, perform IS/Broker performance tuning and capacity planning, install webMethods on Linux/Unix, support trading networks and legacy integrations, and follow customer requirements with minimal supervision.

Provide day-to-day desktop and executive end-user support: new-hire imaging, virus remediation/data transfer, break/fix and software support, computer refreshes, and walk-up counter assistance.
