Client-facing security officer advising senior security leadership, assessing threat landscape, and proposing mitigations. Strengthen information security posture across infrastructure devices (IDS/IPS, firewalls, VPN), vulnerability scanning, host-based controls, and ISO 27001. Communicate security concepts to technical and non-technical teams, work with virtual teams, present to clients, and provide on-site presence weekly with occasional travel.

Develop and maintain webMethods integration processes and services. Build RosettaNet process models, implement WS-Security, perform IS/Broker performance tuning and capacity planning, install webMethods on Linux/Unix, support trading networks and legacy integrations, and follow customer requirements with minimal supervision.

Provide day-to-day desktop and executive end-user support: new-hire imaging, virus remediation/data transfer, break/fix and software support, computer refreshes, and walk-up counter assistance.
