Own cross-functional provider operations programs, strategic planning, and operational excellence. Lead quarterly initiatives, improve scalable processes, coordinate pillar leaders and partners, manage project managers, track outcomes, identify risks, and evaluate automation opportunities. The role requires influencing without formal authority, making data-informed decisions amid ambiguity, and improving operational efficiency, coverage, quality, retention, and growth.

Manages daily accounts receivable and collections, including contacting clients, sending statements, reconciling billing issues, and maintaining relationships with outstanding accounts. Collaborates with Billing and Account Management while providing hospitality-focused service. The role requires strong Excel skills, organized process management, independent problem-solving, and comfort working remotely with phone, email, and collaboration tools.

Build and own analytics for Provider Operations, including funnel, coverage, quality, tiering, retention, forecasting, and rate strategy. Develop dashboards, recurring reports, quality frameworks, and forecasting models that support operational decisions. Partner with Recruiting, Calendar Operations, Product, Engineering, and Data teams to improve tools and instrumentation. Present actionable insights to leadership and drive adoption.
