Drive pre-season and in-season item-level sales, inventory, and pricing plans for assigned categories. Build purchase allocations by style/color/size, manage SKU lifecycle, recap monthly performance, present OTB/category strategies, and partner cross-functionally to optimize sales, margin, and inventory across channels.

Early member of the Data & Analytics team responsible for end-to-end analyses and data products. Build and maintain dbt models, semantic layers, and dashboards (Power BI). Partner with Finance, Merchandising, Marketing, Operations and others; own metric definitions, validate AI-generated SQL/dbt/Python, investigate data discrepancies, and help evolve Snowflake-based data infrastructure and governance.

Manage the creative team's project pipeline, workflows, and DAM. Own Asana architecture, intake, capacity planning, vendor relationships, and process improvements while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, channel-ready creative assets.
