Seeking a Senior Elixir Engineer to develop scalable systems and contribute to technical decisions within product groups, focusing on Elixir and cloud technologies.

Lead company-wide AI adoption and build an embedded engineering and product organization to ship AI-native internal tools. Own enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, HRIS, OMS, WMS), IT operations, security, data governance, and M&A systems integration. Partner with product and data leadership, set architecture and roadmap, and build a leadership team for IT, security, and internal systems to drive measurable efficiency and adoption across Finance, Revenue, People, Legal, Support, and Operations.

Own full-cycle recruiting for Finance and SG&A roles, including sourcing, screening, coordination, offer negotiation, and closing. Partner with Finance leaders to define hiring needs, assess accounting and finance talent, build pipelines, monitor recruiting metrics, improve processes, and deliver a strong candidate experience. Use market insights and recruiting data to support scalable, equitable hiring practices in a fast-growth environment.
