Role requires in-office presence in Chicago three days per week.

Lead design and delivery of internal employee experience technology: define roadmaps, gather requirements, evaluate vendors, design technical solutions, manage cross-functional builds and testing, track KPIs and ROI, and drive launches and approvals across global stakeholders.

Manage renewals and commercial negotiations for high-growth startup customers. Drive full sales cycle, upsells, and product adoption through consultative engagement, lead generation, and cross-functional coordination to retain and grow revenue while solving complex client technical and pricing needs.
