Serves as a strategic HR advisor to leaders and employees, supporting employee relations, performance management, talent development, workforce planning, organizational changes, and employee engagement. Provides guidance across the employee lifecycle, partners with HR Operations and Payroll, uses Dayforce and HR data to inform decisions, supports compensation and benefits processes, and ensures consistent application of HR policies and employment practices.

Lead and manage data transformation and migration projects, design and build automated data quality monitoring tools, analyze/clean/transform data using SQL/Python/JavaScript, collaborate with cross-functional teams, document mappings and processes, troubleshoot conversion issues, and apply AI and automation to improve data integrity and efficiency.

Drive new business development and strategic partnerships across the South Central United States. Build relationships with financial advisors, RIAs, broker-dealers, recordkeepers, CPAs, ERISA attorneys, and consultants; sell retirement plan services including TPA, 3(16) fiduciary, and PEP solutions; provide consultative guidance; manage the sales pipeline; forecast results; and collaborate with internal teams to tailor client solutions.
