Lead marketing strategy and product launches for the Surgical franchise within Sustainability Solutions. Develop annual and product launch plans, drive demand planning, pricing, segmentation, metrics, and cross-functional relationships. Mentor a direct report, collaborate with sales, and travel up to 30% for trade shows and events.

Provide nationwide, field-based coverage for neurosurgical product sales and leave coverage. Educate OR staff on product use, conduct evaluations and demos, support territory planning and customer relationships, resolve product issues, and adhere to OR/OSHA/GMP regulations. Requires extensive overnight travel.

Provide clinical expertise and training for MAKO robotic and manual joint replacement procedures, support sales and clinical teams, manage deployments and scheduling via RepSuite, troubleshoot clinical and technical issues, ensure compliance and product safety, and build strong relationships with healthcare providers during field assignments (4–12 weeks).

Manage and develop a team of Clinical Informaticists to deliver pre- and post-deployment clinical workflow design, implementation best-practices, education, and metric-driven strategy. Partner with IT and clinical stakeholders, monitor nursing-sensitive trends, and use data to influence clinical technology adoption and operational improvements.
