The Associate Sales Representative will engage with customers, support sales strategies, and build relationships in the healthcare sector, particularly in Craniomaxillofacial products. Responsibilities include studying clinical/product knowledge, collaborating with senior sales professionals, and facilitating customer needs in operating room environments.

Provide on-site endoscopy and sterile processing support in operating rooms: prepare and maintain surgical instruments, troubleshoot equipment, assist OR teams, document procedures and metrics, ensure compliance with sterile processing standards, train clinical staff on Stryker products, and provide rotating/on-call regional coverage.

Sell Stryker Foot & Ankle products to surgeons and healthcare professionals, serve as clinical product expert, manage inventory, provide in-OR support and training, build surgeon and hospital relationships, comply with regulatory and company policies.

The Director, Sage Compliance Officer oversees the Compliance program in a medical business unit, influences leadership on compliance risks, develops strategies, and ensures adherence to laws and standards.
