Develop and execute internal communications supporting business initiatives, organizational priorities, and change management. Create content for newsletters, leadership communications, intranet, webcasts, podcasts, presentations, and employee platforms. Partner with leaders and cross-functional teams, manage communication schedules, edit materials, analyze engagement metrics, and improve communication effectiveness. The role requires strong writing, proofreading, presentation, and content management skills across multiple channels.

Sell and represent Stryker upper-extremity medical device products to surgeons and healthcare professionals. Build customer relationships, provide product advice and training, support operating-room consultations, maintain product inventory, understand competing offerings, and meet sales objectives. The role is field-based, requires comfort in emergency and operating-room environments, and includes 20% travel plus occasional meetings outside regular business hours.

Leads clinical process implementation, education, and technical competency for Stryker’s Mako robotic joint replacement platform across the Southwest. Partners with sales, clinical, customer support, marketing, and IT teams to improve utilization, onboarding, re-education, regulatory compliance, customer engagement, and account outcomes. Uses analytics and complaints data to identify improvement opportunities, establish best practices, measure success, and support strategic initiatives. Requires extensive travel, including frequent air travel, overnight stays, and occasional weekend travel.
