You will lead the Science & Technology market strategy at STV, driving growth and managing key client relationships while contributing to project delivery and mentoring teams.

Manage cost, schedule, risk, and performance for vertical construction projects. Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, cost controls, and EVM reporting. Conduct risk assessments, prepare progress reports and forecasts, and coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure projects meet timelines and budgets.

Lead delivery and operational management of digital solutions for large infrastructure programs. Coordinate PMIS, SharePoint, reporting, workflow automations, and data governance; run workshops, manage implementations, drive change management, training, and adoption, and integrate specialists (GIS, BIM/VDC, ITS) to improve program delivery.

Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules for vertical construction projects using industry-standard scheduling software. Analyze schedules to identify risks, delays, and mitigation strategies; collaborate with project teams and stakeholders; report progress, milestones, and critical paths.

Lead delivery of complex highway and roadway design projects, serving as technical authority and overseeing multiple projects. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (roadway, structural, drainage, traffic), ensure compliance with IDOT/Tollway standards, manage budgets and schedules, support project managers, and mentor junior engineers and CAD staff to maintain quality and technical excellence.

Lead and grow STV's Transportation Planning practice in Chicago by driving client relationships, leading pursuits and major planning studies, serving as PM/Principal on feasibility, alternatives analyses and environmental reviews, and building and mentoring a high-performing local planning team.

The Commercial Project Manager is responsible for managing commercial aspects of projects, minimizing risks, maximizing opportunities, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and providing financial performance reports.

The Project Solutions Manager develops client-aligned strategies, enhancing program outcomes through digital tools, while overseeing contract administration and stakeholder collaboration.

The Senior Engineering Operations Manager will guide transit agency clients on operational strategies, maintenance planning, and system readiness, leveraging extensive experience in public transit operations.
