Lead and grow STV's Transportation Planning practice in Chicago by driving client relationships, leading pursuits and major planning studies, serving as PM/Principal on feasibility, alternatives analyses and environmental reviews, and building and mentoring a high-performing local planning team.

The Senior Engineering Operations Manager will guide transit agency clients on operational strategies, maintenance planning, and system readiness, leveraging extensive experience in public transit operations.

The Assistant Project Manager will oversee construction operations, manage project schedules, safety compliance, relationships with trade partners, and coordinate activities on-site, ensuring project goals are met efficiently and safely.

Manage construction engineering projects (including data centers) across all phases: budgeting, planning, design, bidding, construction, commissioning, move management and closeout. Monitor schedules, budgets, cash flow, change orders, invoices, and risks. Use AutoCAD, BIM and construction project management applications to ensure contract compliance and quality.
