Leads digital strategy and transformation advisory services for clients, including governance, program delivery, stakeholder engagement, business cases, organizational design, and delivery models. Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules for vertical construction projects using industry-standard scheduling software. Analyze schedules to identify risks, delays, and mitigation strategies; collaborate with project teams and stakeholders; report progress, milestones, and critical paths.

Lead and grow STV's Transportation Planning practice in Chicago by driving client relationships, leading pursuits and major planning studies, serving as PM/Principal on feasibility, alternatives analyses and environmental reviews, and building and mentoring a high-performing local planning team.

Lead contract administration for PMCM projects, overseeing prime/subcontract management, project setup, budget and billing alignment, project accounting support, closeout activities, and mentoring junior staff while resolving complex contractual and financial issues to ensure compliant, timely project delivery.
