Manage construction engineering projects (including data centers) across all phases: budgeting, planning, design, bidding, construction, commissioning, move management and closeout. Monitor schedules, budgets, cash flow, change orders, invoices, and risks. Use AutoCAD, BIM and construction project management applications to ensure contract compliance and quality. Frequent travel to client sites required.

Supports HR Operations by responding to employee inquiries, processing HRIS transactions, maintaining records, ensuring data integrity, and assisting with compliance, compensation, employee relations, talent acquisition, interview scheduling, offers, and onboarding. The role also prepares reports, analyzes information, supports HR initiatives and special projects, manages communications, and protects confidential information.

Manage planning, coordination, and implementation of airport baggage handling system projects. Serve as primary client contact, lead construction and commissioning teams, coordinate with TSA and stakeholders, review RFIs/submittals, monitor schedules, manage change processes, and ensure compliance with TSA standards and contract requirements.
