Lead and grow STV's Transportation Planning practice in Chicago by driving client relationships, leading pursuits and major planning studies, serving as PM/Principal on feasibility, alternatives analyses and environmental reviews, and building and mentoring a high-performing local planning team.

Lead delivery of complex highway and roadway design projects, serving as technical authority and overseeing multiple projects. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (roadway, structural, drainage, traffic), ensure compliance with IDOT/Tollway standards, manage budgets and schedules, support project managers, and mentor junior engineers and CAD staff to maintain quality and technical excellence.

The Commercial Project Manager is responsible for managing commercial aspects of projects, minimizing risks, maximizing opportunities, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and providing financial performance reports.
