Leads digital strategy and transformation advisory services for clients, including governance, program delivery, stakeholder engagement, business cases, organizational design, and delivery models. Leads complex highway and roadway design projects, ensuring technical quality, schedules, budgets, and client expectations are met. Requires familiarity with Illinois Department of Transportation and Tollway standards, strong highway design experience, and proficiency with civil design software.
