Conduct full-cycle recruiting for early childhood education roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating hiring processes, extending offers, and advising hiring managers. Build community and education partnerships, develop recruitment advertising, ensure legal compliance, manage applicant records, and use ATS tools to improve efficiency. Train and mentor new recruiters while addressing staffing challenges across an assigned region.
