Develop and deliver personalized Life Skills activities for seniors with memory loss. Organize group programs, tailor engagement to residents’ abilities and interests, document participation, maintain activity supplies, coordinate team members and volunteers, and assist residents traveling to and from programs.

Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders, accurately document in MAR/TAR, monitor residents for health changes and adverse reactions, conduct health updates, transcribe orders, maintain medication carts, complete narcotic counts, and uphold resident safety and regulatory compliance in a senior living setting.

Provides nursing care for senior living residents by conducting wellness assessments, monitoring health changes, managing medications, auditing MAR/TAR records, coordinating with families and clinicians, following up on incidents, maintaining documentation, supporting infection control, and training care team members.

Leads assisted living care operations, including caregiving team recruitment, staffing, scheduling, timekeeping, performance management, resident-centered care delivery, care planning, regulatory compliance, family communication, and coordination with clinical, activities, and dining teams. Supports budgeting, labor management, quality standards, and operational efficiency while ensuring resident needs are addressed.

Also trains care team members and requires an active LPN/LVN license plus at least one year of relevant experience.
