Lead clinical training, support staff development, monitor incidents, and drive quality improvements while collaborating with families, physicians, and clinical teams to promote safe, high-quality senior living care.

Develop and deliver personalized Life Skills activities for seniors with memory loss. Organize group programs, tailor engagement to residents’ abilities and interests, document participation, maintain activity supplies, coordinate team members and volunteers, and assist residents traveling to and from programs.

Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders, accurately document in MAR/TAR, monitor residents for health changes and adverse reactions, conduct health updates, transcribe orders, maintain medication carts, complete narcotic counts, and uphold resident safety and regulatory compliance in a senior living setting.
