Responsibilities include coaching staff, resolving escalated field quality issues, conducting root-cause analysis, improving the FIC app with AI and automation, developing quality training programs, and overseeing Channel Partners and License Holders through audits, reporting, and accountability processes.

Provides advanced application support for Salesforce, Jira, and ServiceNow, including troubleshooting, configuration, incident management, monitoring, documentation, and SLA-driven issue resolution. Collaborates with development teams and business stakeholders, communicates technical issues clearly, identifies process improvements, and mentors junior technicians. The role is primarily remote with occasional office visits and requires strong problem-solving, communication, documentation, and multitasking skills.
