Assist foremen and electricians with residential solar electrical installations: interconnect arrays to grid, troubleshoot electrical issues, assemble racking, perform trenching and concrete work, maintain safety and OSHA photovoltaic standards, clean project sites, document work, and participate in cross-training through the Power+ program.
