Assists electricians and foremen with residential solar electrical installations, troubleshooting, racking and array assembly, trenching, concrete work, equipment assembly, and site cleanup. Supports safe, high-quality project completion while following OSHA standards and applicable electrical codes. Requires customer interaction, documentation, physical rooftop work, valid driver’s license, and willingness to cross-train across departments.

Sell residential solar and battery solutions through door-to-door outreach, networking, referrals, and follow-up. Manage a territory, present financing options, educate homeowners, close deals, track sales activity, meet performance goals, and attend weekly training. The role is commission-based with flexible scheduling after training and requires outdoor work, extended walking, and evening or weekend availability.
