Manage customer credit accounts and accounts receivable for assigned customers: review and set credit limits, release credit-held orders, perform collections, resolve invoice disputes, monitor aging, prepare credit/A-R reports, and collaborate with Sales and internal teams to ensure timely payments and order flow.

The Portal Billing Specialist is responsible for entering invoices, handling rejections, managing an invoicing mailbox, running credit card payments, and other related tasks.

Serve as liaison between business and IT to gather and document ERP requirements, design functional solutions, manage implementations, perform testing, resolve break/fix issues, and deliver user training. Support ERP enhancements, customizations, reporting/query needs, and process documentation across distribution, mobile, and service business units.

Perform high-volume phone prospecting (minimum 70 calls/day) to support Regional Account Managers, maintain CRM records, coordinate with internal teams, assist scheduling/shipping as needed, and participate in weekly sales reviews to drive territory growth.

Lead enterprise analytics strategy, roadmap, and delivery including Power BI, Databricks, data governance, MDM, and BI analyst team management. Prioritize backlog, run Scrum, ensure data quality/consistency, partner with business leaders to deliver KPIs and insights that drive growth, margin, and operational excellence.
