The Portal Billing Specialist is responsible for entering invoices, handling rejections, managing an invoicing mailbox, running credit card payments, and other related tasks.

Manage credit lines and order releases for assigned customers, contact past-due accounts, resolve disputes, perform collections, analyze orders frequently to approve shipments, prepare month/mid-month reports, audit payments, and collaborate with sales to maintain AR integrity and grow sales profitably.

Serve as liaison between business and IT to gather and document ERP requirements, design functional solutions, manage implementations, perform testing, resolve break/fix issues, and deliver user training. Support ERP enhancements, customizations, reporting/query needs, and process documentation across distribution, mobile, and service business units.
