Develop and manage financial plans, forecasts, models, KPI reporting, and variance analyses. Partner with executives and cross-functional teams to improve profitability, operating efficiency, and forecast accuracy. Support budgeting, monthly close, project profitability, pricing, ROI analysis, and board-level reporting. Build automated FP&A workflows using AI and finance platforms while delivering strategic insights and clear recommendations.

Supports the full accounting cycle, including month-end close, reconciliations, payroll, invoicing, collections, revenue-share entries, and global entity consolidation. The role also supports audits, tax and statutory compliance, external reporting, and NetSuite administration. Responsibilities include preparing accruals, payroll journals, tax entries, audit documentation, and financial analyses while coordinating with external accounting and tax firms.
