The Clinical Scientist in Oncology collaborates with Medical Directors to develop medical plans, perform data reviews, author queries, and manage project scope and quality, ensuring adherence to guidelines and timely project delivery.

Lead development, validation, and optimization of bioanalytical methods; analyze and interpret data; write/review SOPs and technical reports; drive lab process improvements; train, mentor, and potentially supervise scientific staff; coordinate resources, evaluate instruments, and ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.

Manages interdisciplinary oncology clinical research studies from launch through closeout, ensuring GCP, SOP, regulatory, quality, timeline, and budget compliance. Serves as the primary client liaison, coordinates study partners, oversees project plans, TMF completeness, databases, inspection readiness, risk mitigation, reporting, and financial performance. Builds client relationships, supports business development and bid defenses, and may line-manage project management or clinical monitoring staff.
