Provide transactional and compliance legal support to NAJAK Vegetable Seeds, advising on distribution/collaboration agreements, IP, quality claims/litigation, data privacy, product liability, and real estate; deliver training, coordinate with internal/external stakeholders, and support corporate legal projects for the BU.

Lead design, prototyping, and deployment of end-to-end automation systems for Seeds R&D. Develop vision-guided pick-and-place systems, integrate robotics and PLCs, perform CAD/FEA design, build and test prototypes, collaborate cross-functionally, manage projects with Agile, and produce technical documentation and SOPs.

Lead quality and stewardship for nursery seed production and trials across North America. Ensure compliant handling of regulated/stewarded materials, manage QA systems, audits, investigations, training, USDA inspection readiness, and cross-functional coordination to maintain regulatory compliance and continuous improvement in seed pipeline delivery.
