Leads marketing compliance and intellectual property programs, reviewing advertising materials, developing scalable workflows and training, managing compliance metrics, and overseeing trademark registration, monitoring, enforcement, and coordination with counsel across a multi-brand healthcare organization.

Own and operate the company’s enterprise AI platform across Google Cloud, Claude Enterprise, and Gemini Enterprise. Responsibilities include AI platform operations, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, observability, identity and user lifecycle management, marketplace extensions, internal agents and tooling, AI governance, evaluation, onboarding, documentation, and enablement. The role requires 3–5 years of platform, DevOps, SRE, MLOps, backend, or infrastructure experience and is onsite four days weekly in Chicago.

Leads the strategic vision, roadmap, and lifecycle management for TAG’s Lab digital product portfolio. Oversees product strategy, market analysis, cross-functional execution, agile delivery, stakeholder and vendor relationships, performance measurement, and continuous improvement. Manages and develops product managers and product owners while aligning product initiatives with business goals and customer, provider, clinical, field, and lab operational needs.
