Operate and maintain robotic assembly systems and perform manual assembly using handheld power tools. Pack parts, manage assigned area, follow safety and quality standards, meet production schedules, and perform occasional heavy lifting. Train and update skills on assembly techniques and machinery.

Lead FP&A for a manufacturing business: own budgeting, forecasting, driver-based financial models, variance analysis, and monthly management reporting. Partner with Commercial and Operations on profitability, cost, capacity, and capital ROI analysis. Manage and develop a small analyst team and build repeatable processes and dashboards to inform senior leadership.

Support and optimize extrusion processes including changeovers, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, tooling setup, SPC-based process control, training, audits, Kaizen/problem-solving workshops, documentation, and 24-hour operations support.
