Tracks and analyzes manufacturing costs, production variances, job costing, run rates, routings, inventory, and BOM accuracy. The analyst prepares variance reports, supports inventory counts and reconciliations, contributes to plant expense forecasting and budgeting, and assists with monthly close activities, journal entries, and account reconciliations. The role partners with plant leadership to identify cost inaccuracies, recommend updates, and improve financial reporting and operational cost controls.

Supports the PMO and project managers with planning, scheduling, progress tracking, documentation, meetings, budgets, risks, dashboards, and stakeholder communications. Coordinates cross-functional teams and external vendors while maintaining project tools and records. The role is designed for an early-career professional developing project management skills and progressing toward a Project Manager position.

Supports daily HR operations across business locations, including employee inquiries, HRIS and personnel records, payroll backup, I-9 audits, timekeeping, leave administration, performance reviews, compliance training, communications, job descriptions, events, and policy updates.
