Design and scale digital Customer Success programs across onboarding, adoption, renewal readiness, and advocacy. Build segmented lifecycle campaigns, health scoring models, dashboards, and automated customer touchpoints for employer and employee users. Own customer inquiries and escalation processes, monitor support and engagement signals, and translate data into product and process improvements. Partner cross-functionally with RevOps, Product, Marketing, and Support to improve customer outcomes and manage tech-touch accounts efficiently.

Lead and execute inbound paid programs with primary focus on Google and Microsoft Ads. Drive Sales-accepted demos and opportunities, optimize account structure, bids, creatives, LinkedIn and landing pages, own CRO testing, ensure accurate tracking and attribution (GA4, GTM, CRM), deliver bi-weekly performance reporting, and partner with Demand Gen and RevOps to scale high-intent channels.

Drive new business for an on-demand pay solution by prospecting, demonstrating product value, negotiating and closing deals, and collaborating with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
