Responsibilities include styling customers, cross-selling, transactions, online pickups, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, stockroom organization, and supporting team performance. Requires flexible scheduling, physical handling of merchandise, and participation in training and brand initiatives.

Serves as a front-line Coach brand ambassador by delivering personalized luxury retail experiences, building client relationships, driving sales, meeting KPIs, and using clienteling and social selling tools. Performs transactions, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, online pickups, and stockroom tasks while maintaining store standards. Collaborates with teammates, supports brand initiatives, and works flexible retail schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
