Generate and grow B2B opportunities by working warm leads, qualifying prospects, scheduling meetings, representing the company at events, building local partnerships, tracking interactions in CRM, and supporting basic onboarding.

Develop and coordinate mechanical/HVAC BIM models in Revit and AutoCAD, produce construction documentation and shop drawings, maintain organized BIM project files, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate integration and project workflows.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO: manage calendar and travel, track action items, coordinate with teams and vendors, maintain KPI trackers and reports, and manage communications with discretion.
