Supports product lifecycle activities from customer discovery through launch. Conducts research, translates findings into product requirements, writes Linear tickets, collaborates with engineering and design, prototypes concepts, supports launches, tracks metrics, evaluates feedback, recommends iterations, and contributes to product strategy. Partners with marketing, education, sales, customer success, and other teams across multiple projects.

Leads North American Product Success, defining its strategy, operating model, talent standards, customer onboarding, product health, usage analytics, and revenue motions. Owns retention, renewal, expansion, adoption, NPS, and forecasting outcomes while partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Product Marketing. Manages 5–7 leaders within an 80+ person organization and develops scalable, data-driven processes across a growing SaaS portfolio.

Own the rollout and scale of AI agents and shared AI platform capabilities across Teamworks’ sports technology products. Drive beta-to-general-availability launches, AI-powered workflows, technical standards, integrations, evaluation datasets, regression testing, permissions, usage measurement, packaging, and customer adoption. Partner across product, engineering, and commercial teams to deliver reliable, secure AI experiences handling sensitive athlete data.
