Hands-on Manufacturing Engineer responsible for Lean process improvement, root-cause analysis, quality systems, and capital project execution in construction adhesives manufacturing. The role improves throughput, yield, OEE, and product quality; manages equipment selection, installation, commissioning, validation, and handoff; leads CAPA and process controls; and partners with production, R&D, quality, EHS, and supply chain. Up to 25% travel is required.

Provides technical support for flooring adhesives and installation systems, advising customers and industry stakeholders on product selection, application, warranties, and troubleshooting. Manages technical cases and claims, documents interactions, coordinates corrective actions, and escalates complex issues to technical, quality, R&D, and EHS teams. Maintains product and competitive expertise, supports technical documentation, contributes to continuous improvement, and provides general customer service coverage.
