Maintains IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 quality systems for metals manufacturing. Leads audits, MRB activities, corrective actions, customer quality support, PFMEA and PPAP documentation, control plans, process flows, training, metrology activities, and calibration records. Requires at least one year of manufacturing quality engineering experience, with travel under 5%.

Designs tooling, jigs, fixtures, compound dies, and progressive dies for metal-forming applications using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or comparable CAD software. Details designs, supports tight-tolerance requirements, liaises with the toolroom, and collaborates with customers to incorporate design specifications.

Develop and program electrical controls for automated machinery, including PLCs and HMIs. Build and wire control panels, connect sensors and terminal blocks, use electrical testing tools, collaborate with mechanical engineers on custom machinery, and document control layouts in CAD software.

Design and develop automated machinery, rotary index table systems, fixtures, nests, and integrated manufacturing processes. Use CAD software to design equipment incorporating ultrasonic welding, pad printing, machine bases, and safety guarding. Manage machine-build timelines, budgets, and project accountability while collaborating with electrical engineering teams.
