Configure, optimize, and support UKG Pro WFM scheduling and clinical scheduling extensions. Partner with HR, operations, payroll, and IT to improve staffing, ensure labor and healthcare compliance, maintain data accuracy, troubleshoot issues, support upgrades, develop training materials, and provide workforce analytics for staffing decisions.

Leads procurement execution across 50–100 ambulatory surgery centers and surgical hospitals in the Southeast. Drives financial performance, sourcing compliance, standardization, contract adherence, data-driven materials management, facility integrations, and cost-reduction initiatives. Partners with executive, financial, clinical, and operational leaders while indirectly overseeing up to 100+ Materials Management employees. Requires extensive travel, strong analytical and financial skills, change leadership, and experience managing complex, multi-site operations.

Evaluates patients referred for acute inpatient rehabilitation, reviews medical records, conducts pre-admission screenings, and recommends appropriate levels of care. Coordinates referral information, communicates admission decisions, completes admission documentation and insurance pre-certifications, and provides patient rehabilitation education. Must complete position competencies, maintain required certifications and licensure, and exercise professional judgment in delivering diagnostic imaging services.

Performs limited radiographic examinations of the chest and distal extremities for diagnostic interpretation. Positions and verifies patients, operates and adjusts imaging equipment, applies radiation safety procedures, documents and charges procedures, maintains supplies and records, and supports patient transport, file room, and reception functions.

Performs CT diagnostic imaging procedures for patients of all ages, producing high-quality images safely and efficiently. Completes required examinations, submits studies for radiologist review, documents procedures, and provides care according to department standards. Requires graduation from an accredited imaging program, ARRT(R), CT training and experience, BLS certification, and applicable state licensure.

Administers and supports enterprise imaging informatics systems, including PACS, RIS, critical results management, voice recognition, and cardiology applications. Troubleshoots DICOM and HL7 integrations, manages workflows, user access, monitoring, upgrades, compliance, and data integrity. Partners with clinical teams, vendors, and IS leadership to optimize imaging operations, provide training, support incidents and downtime planning, and maintain regulatory standards across seven hospitals. Travel to supported facilities may reach 25%.

Performs specialized hemodynamic monitoring and assists physicians during interventional cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology procedures for adolescent through geriatric patients. Trains cardiovascular technicians and other Cath Lab personnel, completes required competencies, and performs related duties. Requires health science education, two years of interventional Cath Lab or electrophysiology experience, RCIS or RCES certification, and BLS and ACLS credentials.

Administer and support enterprise imaging informatics systems, including PACS, RIS, critical results management, voice recognition, and cardiology applications. Troubleshoot DICOM, HL7, modality worklist, interface, routing, storage, and workflow issues. Maintain compliance, security, access, and data integrity; coordinate upgrades and vendor support; optimize clinical workflows; provide training and documentation; and participate in on-call, incident response, and downtime planning. Travel may be required up to 25%.

Provides direct patient care and technical support during CT and cardiac catheterization procedures. Operates and verifies imaging and procedural equipment, communicates patient conditions to physicians, assists with invasive and noninvasive procedures, prepares rooms and supplies, supports medication-related activities, and participates in quality improvement. The position is available through 13-week travel or local contracts at Piedmont Fort Mill or Rock Hill.

Provide frontline and second-level support for radiology, cardiology, neurology, and GI applications (PACS/MRI/CT), including troubleshooting, upgrades, vendor coordination, testing, documentation, on-call rotation, and participation in system projects to maintain uptime and align IT with clinical workflows.
