Lead regional ethics and compliance efforts across multiple facilities, partnering with leadership to ensure adherence to federal healthcare requirements and Tenet policies. Conduct risk-based audits and monitoring, develop corrective action plans, deliver compliance training, analyze trends and dashboards, and coordinate remediation with counsel. Serve as an approachable resource, support committee preparations, and promote reporting without retaliation to foster an ethical culture.

Provide delegated patient care under RN direction including admissions, discharges, transfers, routine procedures (dressing changes, wound care, enemas, urinary catheter insertion and care), feeding patients, and other assigned duties per hospital policies.

Performs diagnostic radiographic procedures across all age groups, producing high-quality images and rotating through advanced modalities (OR, fluoroscopy, myelography, arthrography, urography, trauma). Assists practitioners during procedures, applies x‑ray energy safely, completes required competencies, and performs other related duties as assigned.
