Support internship and volunteer recruiting by posting roles through Dover and social channels, screening applications, communicating with candidates, refining recruiting materials, and coordinating interviews. This fully remote internship offers hands-on talent acquisition experience, mentorship, and exposure to applicant tracking systems and recruiting workflows. The commitment is 5–10 hours weekly for three months, with North Carolina residency preferred and no prior recruiting experience required.

Design onboarding protocols, procedures, documentation, checklists, and reference materials for interns, volunteers, and program participants. Collaborate with the Founder and CEO, interns, and stakeholders to build onboarding systems, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements. This fully remote, unpaid three-month internship requires 5–10 hours weekly and offers mentorship and practical HR and operations experience.

Maintain and update a WordPress website, organize and publish LearnPress course content, troubleshoot minor site issues, and support ongoing website improvements. The intern will collaborate with an AI Curriculum Intern, report to the Founder and CEO, and gain hands-on web management and LMS administration experience in a fully remote, three-month internship.
