The Accounting Director oversees onsite accounting, billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable coordination, financial records, and compliance for a senior living community. The role supports residents, families, vendors, department heads, and the Executive Director; resolves financial issues; reviews results and variances; maintains system and census data; coordinates with centralized finance teams; and provides local insight for forecasting and strategic decisions.

Lead sales and marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue for a nonprofit senior living community. Manage prospect pipelines, tours, referrals, follow-up, CRM data, community outreach, digital and print marketing, events, reporting, and compliance. Supervise marketing staff, collaborate with corporate and community leadership, build referral relationships, and guide prospective residents through move-in while supporting exceptional service and resident satisfaction.

Provides front-desk coverage for an independent living and rehabilitation community. Greets residents, visitors, and staff; handles inquiries, calls, visitors, deliveries, packages, and resident communications. Monitors emergency and security systems, coordinates responses, maintains records and logs, provides clerical support, and ensures dependable on-call coverage including evenings and weekends.
