The Accounting Director serves as the onsite financial steward for a senior living community, overseeing accounting, billing, reconciliations, financial reporting, resident and vendor financial matters, and department support. The role coordinates with centralized finance teams and regional leadership, resolves billing and account issues, supports prospective resident financial qualification and onboarding, and maintains compliance and operational continuity.

Provides front-desk and receptionist support for an independent living and rehabilitation community. Greets residents, visitors, and staff; manages calls, visitors, deliveries, packages, records, and resident communications; monitors emergency and security systems; coordinates responses; maintains administrative documentation; and supports continuous front-desk operations with flexible on-call availability.

Leads sales and marketing strategy to increase occupancy and revenue for a senior living community. Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, conducting tours, developing referral relationships, overseeing digital and community marketing, hosting events, supervising marketing staff, tracking performance metrics, preparing reports, and collaborating with community and corporate leadership. Requires strong relationship-building, networking, communication, CRM, sales, and marketing skills.
