Manages assisted living and memory care operations, including staff supervision, scheduling support, resident activity planning, wellness programming, training, and regulatory guidance. Directs social services for skilled nursing residents, overseeing psychosocial assessments, care planning, admissions, discharges, family communication, and transitions across the continuum of care. Provides education on Medicare, Medicaid, hospice, and insurance benefits; identifies financial and discharge barriers; and collaborates with clinical, rehabilitation, admissions, case management, and community teams while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Provides community-level HR support, including payroll updates, leave and benefits guidance, pre-employment checks, new-hire orientation, employee policy training, training records, and certification renewals. Partners with leadership and regional HR to ensure compliance with employment requirements and company policies.

Supports the HR Director with full-cycle recruitment, candidate pipeline development, interviewing, onboarding, retention initiatives, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, training, HRIS administration, and special HR projects. Partners with hiring managers, community organizations, and professional groups to attract qualified employees and improve the new-hire experience.

Provides direct nursing care to senior living residents, including monitoring medical and behavioral changes, developing and reassessing care plans, administering care according to physician orders, supporting daily living activities, and coordinating services. Supervises resident assistants, reports community and resident conditions to health leadership, and maintains compliance with nursing, healthcare, OSHA, and local health department standards.

Provides compassionate emergency medical response and care to senior community residents. Requires EMT or EMR certification and 1–2 years of experience. This is a full-time afternoon/evening position scheduled Tuesday through Saturday, with responsibilities focused on resident safety, emergency assistance, and high-quality service.

Plans and leads fitness, wellness, recreational, educational, and social activities for senior living residents. Coordinates events, outings, newsletters, calendars, and social media while encouraging participation and building relationships across independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities. The role also involves safely transporting residents, collaborating with departments, and working occasional evenings and weekends.

Leads occupancy growth and revenue generation for a senior living community through sales strategy, prospect relationship management, tours, pipeline oversight, and move-in coordination. Directs local marketing, digital and print campaigns, community events, and referral outreach. Coaches sales staff, collaborates with community and regional leaders, tracks performance, presents reports, and ensures regulatory, privacy, and ethical sales compliance.

Leads sales and marketing strategy to increase occupancy and revenue for a senior living community. Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, conducting tours, developing referral relationships, overseeing digital and community marketing, hosting events, supervising marketing staff, tracking performance metrics, preparing reports, and collaborating with community and corporate leadership. Requires strong relationship-building, networking, communication, CRM, sales, and marketing skills.

Provides campus safety for a senior living community by conducting interior and exterior rounds, monitoring visitors and emergency systems, responding to medical, fire, mechanical, vehicle, and security incidents, performing wellbeing checks, and completing incident reports. This is a part-time overnight weekend position requiring a high school diploma or GED and a valid Illinois driver’s license.

Provides daily nursing care to long-term and rehabilitation residents in a senior living community. Responsibilities include administering medications according to physician orders, responding to resident calls, transferring residents, delivering hospitality-focused service, and maintaining professional interactions. Requires an Illinois Registered Nurse license, high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 1–2 years of experience. CPR certification is preferred, with training available.

The role requires reliable transportation, background screening, drug testing, physical examination, and proof of COVID-19 vaccination.

Provides overnight front desk and gatehouse coverage by greeting residents, visitors, vendors, and contractors; verifying and documenting property access; answering calls; maintaining logs; monitoring remote gatehouse controls; dispatching security personnel; and supporting emergency communication and safety procedures.

Provides direct nursing care to assisted-living residents, administers medications and treatments, documents resident status, supervises nursing and caregiving staff, schedules coverage, participates in admissions, monitors health and behavioral changes, develops care plans, supports activities of daily living, and reports facility and resident conditions to leadership.

Manage daily dining room operations in a senior living community, overseeing service quality, cleanliness, staffing, scheduling, training, customer service, food presentation, and workstation organization. Lead and develop serving staff while ensuring operational readiness, sanitation, budget compliance, and efficient meal service. Assist with taking orders, answering menu questions, clearing dishes, and dishwashing as needed.

Prepares and serves therapeutic meals, desserts, and salads for health center residents. Sets up and breaks down dining areas, transports food and non-food items, follows therapeutic diet menus and diet orders, and provides courteous service to elderly residents, guests, and staff.
