Manages assisted living and memory care operations, including staff supervision, scheduling support, resident activity planning, wellness programming, training, and regulatory guidance. Collaborates with care and life enrichment teams to meet residents’ emotional, physical, social, spiritual, intellectual, vocational, and environmental needs. Provides educational opportunities on disease prevention and management while supporting a healthy community culture.

Directs social services for skilled nursing residents, overseeing psychosocial assessments, care planning, admissions, discharges, family communication, and transitions across the continuum of care. Provides education on Medicare, Medicaid, hospice, and insurance benefits; identifies financial and discharge barriers; and collaborates with clinical, rehabilitation, admissions, case management, and community teams while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Provides community-level HR support, including payroll updates, leave and benefits guidance, pre-employment checks, new-hire orientation, employee policy training, training records, and certification renewals. Partners with leadership and regional HR to ensure compliance with employment requirements and company policies.
