Underwrite and monitor Low-Income Housing Tax Credit construction and equity financing transactions. Analyze financial statements, sources and uses, draws, covenants, construction progress, portfolio risk, and regulatory changes. Prepare credit proposals, committee presentations, and portfolio monitoring reports; communicate with clients, loan officers, credit officers, and committees. Support due diligence, compliance, process improvements, and loan servicing coordination while ensuring deadlines and documentation requirements are met.

Analyzes audited and interim financial statements for existing and prospective fintech relationships, supporting credit and financial risk assessments. Develops financial models, identifies trends and risks, prepares quarterly and annual reporting, and communicates findings to relationship managers and senior leadership. Ensures timely receipt of required financial reporting, supports regulatory examinations, and contributes to initiatives involving credit risk, valuation, capital planning, stress testing, liquidity, resolution planning, and model risk management.
