Rotational leadership development program exposing trainees to customer relations, inside sales, quality assurance, logistics, purchasing, and warehouse administration. Participants build management skills, cross-functional business knowledge, and prepare for supervisory roles through mentorship, hands-on assignments, and optional accounting, finance, or marketing rotations.

Write conversion-focused, search-optimized product and category copy, emails, landing pages, and SEO content. Update blogs, guides, and FAQs; optimize metadata and internal linking; support A/B tests and basic analytics to improve engagement and maintain brand voice.

Hands-on intern building automations (Zapier/Power Automate/Make), GPT-based internal assistants, and a light RAG knowledge search. Deliver 3–5 live tools, clean documentation/SOPs, before/after time-saved metrics, and an end-of-summer demo. Onsite in Addison, IL for 10–12 weeks.
