Teams at The Cypress of Raleigh Club, Inc.

Owns onsite accounting, billing, and financial operations for a senior living community. Coordinates with centralized finance teams and regional finance leadership, supports residents and department heads, resolves billing and account issues, maintains financial accuracy and compliance, and provides financial information for prospective resident onboarding and closing activities.

Provides front-desk coverage at an independent living and rehabilitation center. Greets and assists residents, visitors, and staff; manages calls, visitor traffic, deliveries, packages, and communication records; monitors emergency and security systems; coordinates responses; maintains logs and administrative documentation; and provides clerical support across departments. Requires flexible on-call availability, including some day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Leads occupancy growth and revenue through sales strategy, prospect tours, pipeline management, referral relationships, and community outreach. Oversees digital and print marketing, events, reporting, compliance, and marketing staff while collaborating with leadership and corporate teams. Requires strong relationship-building, presentation, CRM, lead-generation, and sales leadership skills.
