Responsibilities include greeting residents, visitors, and staff; managing calls, visitors, deliveries, packages, and communication records; monitoring emergency and security systems; coordinating responses; maintaining logs and administrative records; and supporting multiple departments with flexible on-call scheduling.

Leads sales and marketing efforts for a senior living community, driving occupancy and revenue growth. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing prospect pipelines in Salesforce, conducting tours, building referral relationships, overseeing digital and community marketing, hosting events, supervising marketing staff, presenting performance reports, and collaborating with community and corporate leadership. The role requires strong relationship-building, networking, presentation, communication, CRM, and sales leadership skills.
