Manages assisted living and memory care operations, supervises staff, coordinates resident activities and engagement, supports scheduling and administration, promotes holistic wellness, and provides training and education for residents and employees while following state regulations.

Provides human resources support for a senior living community, including payroll updates, leave and benefits support, pre-employment screenings, new-hire orientation, employee policy guidance, training record maintenance, and certification renewals. Partners with community leadership and regional HR to ensure compliance with employment requirements and company policies.

Directs social services for skilled nursing residents, including psychosocial assessments, care planning, admissions, discharges, family communication, benefits education, resource coordination, and transition planning. Collaborates with nursing, rehabilitation, admissions, case management, and community partners while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
