Manages assisted living and memory care operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, resident engagement programming, wellness initiatives, training, and regulatory guidance. Collaborates with health services and life enrichment leadership to meet residents’ physical, emotional, social, spiritual, intellectual, vocational, and environmental needs. Provides educational programming on disease prevention and management while promoting a healthy, hospitality-focused community culture.

Directs social services for skilled nursing residents, overseeing psychosocial assessments, care planning, admissions, discharges, family communication, benefits education, and transition coordination. Collaborates with clinical, rehabilitation, admissions, case management, and community teams to address behavioral, emotional, financial, and discharge needs while meeting regulatory standards.

Provides human resources support for a senior living community by managing payroll changes, leave entitlements, employee questions, pre-employment screenings, onboarding, orientation, training records, certifications, and personnel documentation. Partners with community leadership and regional HR to ensure compliance with company, federal, and state requirements.
