Teams at The Edge Fitness Clubs

Greet and assist gym members, deliver excellent customer service, handle sales transactions and POS cash accountability, conduct membership tours, support retention and revenue goals, and work flexible hours to help improve member experience.

Leads membership sales and growth at a health club by meeting individual and team goals, generating leads, coaching Membership Advisors, providing performance feedback, and supervising staff. Acts as Manager on Duty when the General Manager is unavailable, supports member and prospect engagement, conducts club tours, and participates in community outreach. This is a full-time, non-exempt role with varied hours.

Lead high-energy activities and supervise children ages 12 weeks–12 years using the Edge Kids program. Provide excellent member service, maintain a clean and safe environment, follow policies, engage children in age-appropriate games, and support fellow staff. Part-time role with flexible hours, nights/weekends, and occasional local travel.
